SELLING

What pieces do you sell?

We’re all about high-end, pre-loved fashion! We accept clothing, shoes (pristine condition only, please!), accessories, and bags from brands that reflect luxury and style.

What pieces do you not sell?

We do not sell high street brands, or discount brands. If you are unsure please email us at hello@remodelclothing.com and we can discuss your pieces. Remember we are high-end, pre-loved, not a thrift store.

What can I earn?

We offer a very competitive rate of 60% of the sale price. 

How do you set the price?

Our experts assess the condition, quality, and market value of each item. We list pieces for an 8-week cycle:

  • After 4 weeks, prices drop by 25%.
  • After 6 weeks, they’re reduced by 40%.
  • Unsold after 8 weeks? We’ll return them to you (at your cost) or donate them.

How do I send you my pieces?

Once you fill out our consignment form, we’ll email you with your customer number and our address. Then, simply courier or drop off your items, ensuring your customer number is included.

When and how do I get my money?

We process payments 14 days after the sale, allowing for any potential refunds. Payments are made directly to the bank account you provided. We’ll notify you by email once an item sells.
